This afternoon for DT I thought it would be fun to meet our objective of following recipes by baking some bread. But we are not just going to bake bread, we are going to bake bread using a traditional Tudor recipe! I beginning with the afternoon activity because it might be a good idea to start the bread first so that is has time to rise. So you can make the dough, knead the dough, and then do your maths when it is rising.
