Dreaming Big - When we're aspirational we can succeed in learning and life. We are a small, inclusive school that encourages all pupils, families and staff to dream big, and through communicating our dreams and aspirational goal setting we can find the path to success. As a school, we strive to be an extended family working with families in order to support their children to Aspire and ultimately Achieve. We do this through providing different learning opportunities that develop the whole child: mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. 'Dreaming Big' for us, as a school means: Children are engaged in and wanting to do well in their learning, they are achieving well holistically, they are happy and confident, and they have positive relationships with others.

Flying High - Achieving in both learning and life is deeply connected to the sense of belonging within a school community that nurtures love and aspiration. When students are supported by a network of caring peers, teachers, and mentors, they are more likely to feel inspired and motivated to reach their full potential. A school environment that fosters mutual respect, encouragement, and shared goals helps students believe in themselves and their dreams. This collective spirit not only enhances academic success but also builds resilience, character, and a lifelong desire for growth. Ultimately, it is the love and aspiration cultivated within our church school community that propels individuals to thrive, both in school and beyond.

The Biblical references, pictures and listed role models for our values are listed below and supports the children with their understanding of each value. These were agreed with stakeholders when first developed and are reviewed annually.
