Acorns (pre-school)

Welcome to Acorns Class! 🌱✨

We are so pleased to welcome you to Acorns, our caring and nurturing preschool classroom for children aged 3–4 years. At this important stage of early learning, our focus is on helping children feel safe, happy, and confident as they begin their school journey.

Our class teacher, Mrs. Braden, is supported by Mrs. Hogarth. Together, we create a warm, welcoming environment where every child is encouraged to explore, play, and discover at their own pace.

In Acorns, learning is all about fun, curiosity, and imagination. Through play-based activities, stories, songs, and lots of hands-on experiences, children develop their independence, build friendships, and grow a real love for learning. Every day is an adventure, filled with opportunities to celebrate each child’s progress and unique achievements.

Below you’ll find some websites and resources to support your child’s learning at home. These are a lovely way to continue their interests beyond the classroom.

If you would like to get in touch with us directly, you can email:

We look forward to sharing this exciting preschool journey with you and your child, making their time in Acorns both happy and memorable.

With warm wishes,
Mrs. Braden & Mrs. Hogarth 🌟

The children have been reading the story The Precious Pearl. We enjoyed Jesus' parable The Pearl of Great Price in a rhyming retelling for children. The children enjoyed creating their pearl bracelets and boxes to remind them of God's Precious Kingdom.
